Voting Question: Are these signs of Early Labour ?

I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with pregnancy no 3 ( baby no 4) had twins first time round) the other two labours started early 1st at 55 weeks and 2nd at 37 weeks. Last night i started having regular contractions id say medium pain and with each one i had cramp like pains at the top of both legs with each one... lasted for about 3 hours then i fell asleep and they stopped. Iv not had a show or lost any water as yet? Do you think this is a sign of early labour or just pratice labour.
